Tag 8192 on (s)vcd

hi

i just wanna know 1 more thing about the ac3 filter and the 8192 tag, when i burn my movie (wich, thanx to you, works WITH sound) i dont have sound on my tv.
i burnded the movie when i had installed the codec and i didn’t had sound on my tv (i burn them as a vcd or svcd to use them in the dvd player)
how will i get the sound working on my tv????
