Tag 353 problem

I’ve been able to find the type Tag 353 audio codec in this web-site, but when I try to run the executable file, Windows XP says that this program is not compatible with Windows XP and if I keep on installing the program, my sistem can have problems.
I didn’t dare to install the program. Please, tell me if I can o cannot install the audio codec or where I can download an audio codec of this class compatible with Windows XP.

ok, if you really want to know, send me your file then i will install it to my computer then i will tell you if it is ok or not, coz i need the codec audio tag 353
