how do u get the sounding codec?

i cant find the 2000 audio codec anywhere and the link that is posted:

I got the sound but it’s faster then the picture is playing..why??

just for those who are super newb like me once you get the ac3 blah blah codec you have to put the acm file into your windows/system32 file. well thats what i did and i didnt know what all the shit i downloaded was. or what i was doing. this shit is confusing.
