Problem with sound quality

Well, I have a problem with the sound quality of a some moovies that I’ve just downloaded. First time I tried to ran it on WMP but I got a message error about “tag 2000” then I found this forum and I read somewhere that I had to download AC3 Filter, after I did that (download the AC3F..) I could hear the moovie’s audio but it was all messed up... It had like a kind of distorssion and It couldn’t be listen so well... so... i’m asking for any help from any1... ^^U

And btw, I unistalled the AC3 filter and tried again with the DivX Player, but then it warned my about an missing “tag 8192”... could it be the same problem? thx again ^^U
