Problem playing avi, Dolby AC3 Audio (code 8192) install Directshow decoder?

Put it in your " program files " following the instructions.When this is done, your movie will have sound.

Who can help me find the Dolby AC3 audio? I can’t find it on this page it shows me msn audio and AC filter among others.

i need help in opening this video i took using a software called CamStudio. i video a process of my friend using the application i created in avi format but i just cant open it in realplayer/ quicktime / windowsMedia player /divx player. they said in divx that i need sth called direct show decoder... what’s that??

Polle: your directions didn’t work for me at all. However, I did find a way to solve the problem. Use this link, and download the AC Fliter 1.11, install it, then restart.

starslight this is the audio forum. re-post this in the video forum in a new thread and I’ll answer it.

Hi! Does anybody knows what to do when a window pops up saying, “The file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio code “8192” format. You may need to install a Directshow decoder for this audio format."
