no voice

i have a problem with some video files (.avi). i can hear the background sound (music,sound effect etc) but i can’t hear the voice when they talk. what codec should i use???

i have the same problem help please.

This computer does not support the required uncompressed audio format i always get this message when i login at yahoo chat after reinstalling my sound and audio driver plz HELP
