No sound, Gspot says otherwise

i get flawless video but no sound and gspot says that i don’t have the right video codec and i do have the right audio. This is very confusing.

i can’t ear the sound when a play the movie i need the 2000 audio codec or the audio codec for 9 series of windows media player format2000 audio codec
