Cheers your fix is right. Then all you need to do is publish it to your own computer and hey presto!

you’re missing the codec, you got codec curportion and may need to reinstall Windows Vista. Did you install any codec packs or such recently? Don’t do it after you reinstall Windows. That’s likely what messed it up.References :
