i need to find this codec XVID MPEG-4 (XVID)

I need to fin this codec XVID MPEG-4 (XVID) where do i find it..and which one is it on the site you will give me and how do i get that codec on my windows media player so i can watch downloaded movies on my media player?

i need to know where to find this codec XVID MPEG-4 (XVID) where do i find it and what website you have me get it off of which one do i pick if there is alot of them..and then how do i add that codec to my windows media player where i can watch my movies i have downloaded..i can hear the movies now but it isnt shower a picture.
