i have the audio codec, but still wont play audio

it says i have 2 channels, but it still wont work
the audio codecs i would need are
windows media audio V2
divx audio (wma)
alex AC3 Audio

i have 2 of them for sure, why cant i get audio?
help would be greatly appreciated
