how to export uncompressed audio using quicktime conversion codec

Hello,

I am trying to export audio using quicktime conversion codecs out of final cut pro. I am trying to make the file size around or less than 100 mbs from about 90 min of uncompressed audio. It is all speech, so quality isn’t of the upmost importance. Can anyone give some advice or talk about differerent quicktime conversion codecs or some links?

This is my first post and I really appreciate any and all help.
