DSP Group true Speech audio codec needed

Need this codec for yahoo voice. had it once, is not there now... yahoo help tells me it should be on win CD but I cant find it, let alone install it... Pleaze help. This seems to have affected other programs too.

Yo its like this go to start control panel add/remove hardware click add new device then another window will pop up the choose new device window then ya go and choose once again add new device on izzice na just playin but you choose add new device then yo go to no i wants to select from the lizist then you goes to sound, video, blazay blazay then it should be there then select it and go about your business but if it aint then you go to control panel sounds and multimedia hardware, audio codecs,properties then select properties again and it should be there if not...well the last thing i suggest is try to find the tssoft32.arc file if ya gots that then youz have a chance but havent figured out how to use that file yet it should be in system32 in windows or winnt but yo I dont know how to use it sorry man thats as far as my knowledge goes......PEACE BE UNTO ALL OF YA’ll and read Romans...New Testament...Laterz and God Bless.....

file name for that codec is tssoft32.acm.
you can get on AceMega codecs pack.
or you may find it in the i386 dir on your windows CD
