Dolby AC3 (2000)

i get a error message if i try to play a file in windows media player, it says i need this codec Dolby AC3 (2000) to play the file but i can’t find it anywhere. does anyone know where it is?

Here is list with audio codecs.Follow tag 2000 link and download and install AC3. http://www.audiotag.org/

i downloaded the codec and the the audio was fine. but a problem arises, the vobsub used for subtitles is conflicting with the codec and the subtitles are not shown. can anyone please help.

I have tried playing a file in media player and have the same problem i have downloaded dolby ac3 but this hasnt helped.Any one help?
