Does anyone know where I can find Codec tag 75?

I would be really happy and thankful if anyone could help me find that codec. Judging from the thread under “audio codecs” there seem to be a lot of people in need of this codec (me included!).

Any help would be appreciated. Any chance someone could put up a link for it on this website? Or otherwise make it availiable on this website? Seems a lot of people would be thankful for it (including me). Well, doesn’t hurt to ask. ^_^
