They call it subtitle. You may Google how to add subtitle or go to this link and read. The only problem is to find the file with the language you want.Is not a very big one and I don’t understand why some uploader remove it.Here is the link:http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/153058.php

Seriously, there is no way to magically change the (audio) language in video file into a different language. As others have pointed out, you need the video with the right language to start with, or you need a version that has the audio track in different languages included within.
found the new ep to my fav tv series but its in the origanal laungue Korean http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xtq8f0_taichichasers27-in-original-korean-not-english_creation?search_algo=2 how can I dub it, and how can I take the video like copy it so other fans can watch it
you can download the audio script for a movie but they are extremely rare and very hard to find. If you do manage to find the audio script for your movie/program then you will need to download something like “Microsoft movie maker”, once you have that. open the original movie file with “movie maker” then click on edit and mute the volume, then click on add music/audio, now add the audio script for your movie. you will have to keep checking to make sure it in sync and editing it if its not until you get it right.
Yeah, they call it subtitle.
I review the forum of www.videohelp.com, and find that many users recommend xiisoft video converter and when you add the source file to the program , and it will recognize the “Audio"and “Subtitle” automatically, then you can choose English as you output language.
BTW: You can also add subtitle by yourself.
Have a try, good luck!
