Pretty sure this means just general missing codec. There are so many, and they are free to get generally, problem seems to me is finding the one you need C00D109B is just media player’s error code... I think. Sometimes media player will tell you which one you need specifically. Media player will handle most all audio codecs just by keeping it updated. Movies — not so well...
