This works Fast And Easy

You only need this, But the video Player from http://www.videolan.org is a great player to have also.
It will play anything and it will let you slow or speed up play. Sometimes I want to see something in slow motion.
You can capture single frame jpegs, so you can save screenshots. Its nice.
