AVI loss of picture

Hi,

I’ve tried the methods on this site for resolving AVI blackscreening with audio...no luck. Even after downloading the Windows Media v9 codecs and Media player 10, as well as the Morgan MJPEG codec - still a black screen. Can anyone help ASAP?

You running the Morgan Multimedia codec?
If so, get rid of it. Reinstall your graphics card too and download Microsoft’s codec pack. Should go

can you give me instructions if there are any please?

I’m having the same problem.....how do i find my codecs and go about taking that one out???

Same problem here we tried any thing posible allways a error downloding the decoder.
please advise.
