Audio data: tag 8321

I downloaded a video and when I try to play it in DivX player it shows a message saying that the video uses an audio data named tag 8321 and that I need to install a new codec. I’ve seen a thread of this topic in the forums but it didn’t solve my problem.

What codec do I need for this audio tag, and where can I download it.
