Can anyone help me to resolve this problem, Audio Codec 17 is required to play this file is the message displayed to me.

i have audio file in wava format but not play is asked to downlod to tag17
I have a cd with a recording on it however i can not listento this dics as it tells me it acquires codec.I dont even know whta that it or how to get it.
Please could we change the format of the cd to be audio then i will be able to listen to it.
