Have an audio file that won’t play.
GSpot says: 0x0402 (Indeo Audio)
MediaInfo says:
Format : IAC2
Codec ID : 402
Codec ID/Hint : Ligos
Any ideas where I can find this codec?

right click on it and click register activex.
might work.
otherwise have to find installer for “indeo audio codec 2.5"

I didn’t try the .ax, but I did find a package that contains the Indeo audio codecs as you mentioned (and video - but I think video packages like k-lite already have those).
The last free version of the Indeo has the audio codecs as one of it’s components (I unchecked the others).

The page doesn’t make clear the audio ones are included, but they are. Works like a charm.
