Hi everyone...I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a codec named “audio data: Tag 2”?

I’ve got an older video file and the video codec is supported on my system, however I cannot locate an audio codec to support audio so on playback there no sound. I get a message on my DivX player saying:
“audio data: Tag 2” - I’ve done some googling and found no codec’s named that.

If anyone has any leads, that would be appreciated!
All the best,
D

I looked for ages to find the Tag 2 audio codec, but I don’t think it even exists - the best thing to do is to download VLC Media player, (search on google - it’s free!) Which worked for me grin

Thanks dgm0225! I downloaded VMC and I am just about to watch something on that where I couldn’t get sound working in Windows media player or DivX.
