All codecs

I was wondering if anyone knew a place to download all the audio/video codecs there are. Not all the new ones and their older versions though. Just all of the final releases of them. Thanks

I recently bought a stand alone maghine that will convert vhs tapes to dvd without going thru a computer. The problem is that it converts to a BUP format that my comupter does not support. Is there a program I can get to convert it to somthing my computer does support?
