Confirm “G-collections syndrome”.
Had a problem on Vista (Rus):“There will be no voice or sound effects because the system does not support ADPCM files."
Checked System32 - imaadp32.acm was there. Replaced it with file taken from XP (Eng). Message is gone, sound is ok.
Thanx.

Works like a charm in vista, just be sure to take ownership and grant yourself full control of the files first or you won’t be able to switch them.

I doesn’t work for me, even if I replace imaadp32.acm and msadp32.acm with older versions. What to doo?! ;__;

How do I do this? I tried going into the file’s properties and doing that but it said access denied.
