3ivx expired

A while back my 3ivx codec came up saying it was expired. Now almost half of any music I get when I play it says the song is like 10 to 30 minutes long and it says playing but does nothing. Does this have anything to do with 3ivx and if so where can I get it again all I can find on thir web sight is the free version. I this is not the problem can anyone help me fix it?
