i have the same problem with my samsung camera theres the video but no sound n i need the codec "-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}" as well please help anybody.

im tired of vista and my camera not workin with it if any one finds that codec plz put it out for download!! Vista ruins my life!

I too have a Samsung camera and Windows Vista, which when a file is played there is no sound. The codec i need is also 0010-8000-00AA00389B71}. That DivX Thing is a load of shit and doesn’t work at all unless, im a thick idiot which i can honestly say im not, and dont know how to use it. As far as im concerned there is no way of fixing it. Why the hell isn’t this type of thing on the Drivers CD which comes with your computer? Vista is fucked up if you ask me.

Please help me, I have video but no audio on my windows media player....

I tried to download all kind codec refer to -0010-8000-00AA0389B71 but still nothing happened. If you guys want to watch the movie use Quick Time. The problem is to make movie and burn to dvd... Quick Time don’t have such DVD maker duh....

Hi all, there’s this movie on my pc which will not play via DivX or Windows Media.

This is the error I get on DivX: This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code “8192” format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file.
